No Meeting This Week

        There will be no meeting this week – the library will be closed for inventory.

Great Deals

        I was reading the advertisements in last Sunday’s newspaper for places like Best Buy, Office Depot and Circuit City.
        I was really surprised at the deals on CD-RW drives! Each one of these companies had a CD-RW drive on sale for between $49 and $69. Sometimes this price was after rebate.

        Also the CompactFlash and SmartMedia cards (memory chips for your digital cameras and other devices) have really come down in price. The price for these ran for $59 for a 64 MB to $119 for a 128 MB card. You really can’t beat those prices.
