Our preferred electronic file format to print from is 'print ready' PDF (Portable Document Format) which can be created from most desktop publishing software on sale today. If your software does not currently enable you to produce a PDF file, there are a number of products available online for trial and purchase.

We can accept your files on a variety of portable media including CDs and memory sticks. You can also send us them as Email attachments or upload them via our website by using our File Transfer facility at the top of this page.

Points to consider
You the user must take control. The default settings of any software, say for page size, font inclusion, picture resolution and colour mode may not always be suitable for your printing needs. Be prepared to experiment and do not hesitate to call us for help. We can look at your files and offer advice free of charge.
